The HOA Includes:

- Board meetings
- Management/Legal fees
Additional HOA Information
- Each household is entitled to the use of their marked parking spaces. No unit shall occupy more than two parking spaces except for “temporary guests.” Temporary guests shall mean less than two nights per month.
- Dues are currently $50/month. Notices are sent quarterly and dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Whichever schedule is chosen, dues shall be paid by the 15th of the month in which they are due.
- Recycling is provided by the city. Please call the Public Works department at 434-5928 to schedule a bin delivery.
- All exterior changes/modifications/improvements must first be submitted to the Architectural Review Board for review. Contact Troy Gerber at troy@cbfunkhouser.com for the appropriate contact information.
- No more than two (2) unrelated people shall reside in any townhouse
- Please read the covenants and restrictions for a complete list of all restrictions owners are expected to follow.
